Simulação de Escoamentos de Fluidos Incompressíveis a Altos Reynolds

Neste trabalho, esquemas “upwind” modernos de alta ordem e limitados são analisados/implementados no ambiente de simulação Freeflow-2D. O objetivo é a simulação numérica bidimensional de escoamentos de fluidos incompressíveis a altos valores do número de Reynolds. Em conjunto com condições iniciais e de contorno, as equações de conservação são resolvidas no contexto de variáveis primitivas e pelo método de diferenças finitas. Para mostrar a capacidade do código atual, são apresentados resultados numéricos para o escoamento de Poiseuille, o escoamento numa expansão brusca e o escoamento de um jato livre sobre uma superfície rígida impermeável.References
