Modelagem Matemática do Resfriamento de Massa de Grãos Armazenados em Silos com Aeração

Neste artigo, foi realizado um estudo teórico-experimental sobre o estado térmico de uma massa de grãos de soja armazenada em silos sujeita a aeração. Para simular a dinâmica de resfriamento foi proposto um modelo matemático, que se apresenta como um caso intermediário entre o problema de estado térmico de um corpo constituído por dois materiais diferentes (com fronteira fixa) e o problema de Stefan, onde a fronteira móvel separa os domínios de fases diferentes. Foi obtida a solução analítica deste problema e feita a identificação do modelo proposto pelos dados experimentais. Realizou-se a comparação das simulações deste modelo com os dados experimentais e com outros três modelos matemáticos já conhecidos na literatura.Foi mostrado que o modelo proposto neste trabalho, descreve razoavelmente o processo de resfriamento.References
